Can I enter psychotherapy (process) notes in TheraQuick?

0

The current version of TheraQuick is designed to hold treatment progress notes that are part of the client’s health record. The more extensive psychotherapy, or process notes must be kept in a physically separate file in order to satisfy HIPAA requirements and prevent them from being considered part of the client’s record. You can accomplish this by entering process notes in a separate document, and then linking the external document to the client’s treatment records within TheraQuick.
