Can I enter Germany with the Etats Schengen visa issued by the Swiss ambassy?
Yes you can. The Schengen visa can be used to enter any of the Schengen countries that are fully signed up to the agreement with a Schengen visa issued by any other Schengen treaty signatory. The most notable exception within Europe is the UK which retains its own border controls and issues its own visas.
