Can I enroll as a PhD student directly without a MS degree?
We usually do not encourage this option. However, under special circumstances, if a student in the MS program shows exceptional performance before completing the MS dissertation and courses, he or she may request admission to the PhD program. In this case, the application will be evaluated by the Water Engineering faculty and a proper recommendation will be made.
