• A. In most cases yes, if your client supports STUN server or router/firewall are configured properly. • Q. When somebody calls my DID the phone connected to my PAP2T does not ring and the caller gets busy signal! • A. Power cycle your ATA, it is a known problem with PAP2T adapters – on incoming call the adapter tries to ring the phone and reboots. Daily power cycling usually helps.
