Can I enable a survey to be completed multiple times on the same computer?

Yes, just make sure that the “Limit to one survey response per computer” Option is turned off (not checked). This will allow you to let multiple people complete the survey using the same computer, allow you to perform data entry of multiple surveys completed offline, etc.
