Yes, you can, but we recommend that you zip the self decrypting .exe file(s) before sending them via email as many email services do not allow sending plain .exe files. Also save the key as a file and include it in the attachment. The self decrypting .exe file will allow you to browse for the key file so you will not have to send the key as a regular text file.
