Can I edit property information on Zillow after submitting a feed?
The best option is to edit the information at the source of the feed, and then any new information will automatically be published to Zillow. That said, a listing certainly can be updated directly on Zillow manually. Once this is done, the listing will be under manual control until something changes in the feed, at this time the feed will take the listing back over. For example, say a listing is $300,000 and an agent manually changes the price to $290,000 on Zillow. At this point the home is manually managed by the agent. Once there is a change in the feed, the listing goes back to being feed controlled.
