The CHF is an Illinois State Board of Education accredited professional provider. All active and eligible educators can receive one (1) CPDU per one (1) Fall Festival Program attended. After attending each program, you may mail your individual ticket stub(s) to: CHF Education Department, Chicago Humanities Festival, 500 N. Dearborn Ave, Suite 825, Chicago, IL, 60654. Once your ticket stubs are received by the Education staff, they will mail you the appropriate CPDU forms.
