Yes, as of 1 January 2005, Partner Points are available for Metrics That Matter surveys. Five individual MTM surveys will equal one CSAT survey. MTM information will be transferred automatically to Microsoft for integration with CSAT Index survey results. Your active participation in MTM is all that is required; no further action on your part is needed to earn Partner Points.
