Yes. Provided that any offer of Communitas Rewards by a Participating Partner Community was pre-approved by Communitas Rewards. Communitas Rewards will import the Communitas Rewards earned through a Participating Partner Community only after the Participating Partner Community has fulfilled any legal, contractual and financial obligations required by Communitas Rewards. Communitas Rewards will not recognize any Communitas Rewards earned where such legal, contractual and financial obligations of the Participating Partner Community is not fulfilled.
