Can I e-mail my forms to clients using ZipForm Online?
Yes. There are 2 ways of sending transactions via e-mail. If the transaction has already been saved, you may look for it on the Transaction/Template List. Click on the Select Action drop down menu, and select Email. An e-mail window should now appear. Another way to e-mail a transaction is to open the transaction you would like to send. Click on the File drop down menu above the toolbar. Click on Send e-mail. You may also click the Send e-mail icon in the toolbar which looks like a letter with a stamp. When sending e-mail to clients who do not use ZipForm Online, the PDF format should be selected.
