Can I e-mail an autokitchen design to a customer?

Yes. You can email the design file (DWG), a PDF file created from inside autokitchen or a color rendering of a design in either JPEG or BMP format. These files are emailed like you would email any other file. The recipient will be able to open and view design files with any DWG viewer. A PDF file can be viewed with Adobe and the JPEG files can be viewed with any internet browser.
