Realfast can automatically send a contract via e-mail using Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express and a properly configured e-mail account. Just create the e-mail attachment in Realfast (using the envelope icon on the toolbar or the Utilities / E-Mail Contract menu). A new e-mail message will open with the contract attached. The Realfast software is not an e-mail program; it simply uses Outlook to open a new message and attaches the e-mail attachment. Make sure you can send and receive e-mail with Outlook or Outlook Express before trying to e-mail a contract with Realfast.
