Yes you can drive the car to the dealer, The difference in size is not big enough to do any real damage to diffs or anything like that. But I would put the smaller tire on the back if you’re cars front wheel drive anyways. If you drive longer distances the tires will wear more and uneaven because the wheel aligment will be altered when driving with different tire sizes. And also the car might pull a little by itself to the side that you have the smaller tire on. So because of that you should only drive straight to you’re dealer to get minimum wear. Also alot of cars have very small spare tires from the manufacturer so this is nothing you should worry about.
