Can I drink water while on a cleanze?
Yes, we encourage you to drink as much water as you like. But more importantly, try and drink all of the liquids that we provide for you. iZO Tea is high-octane water specially prepared with high quality Chinese herbs by a Taoist herbalist, so make sure you drink all of it if you’re on the Juice Feast. If, in addition to all the liquid we provide, you still want to drink water, by all means, drink as much as you like. Just make sure it’s purified.
