Can i drink Apple Cider Vinegar with pineapple juice or any other juices?
Yes you can, there seems to be some confusion here, there is no alcohol in cider vinegar, or wine vinegar as a matter of interest. When the normal fermentation process of cider and wine have been completed, bacteria are added which causes a secondary fermentation which changes ALL the alcohol into acetic acid. (This often happens accidentally when home brewing when someone is a bit careless and bacteria from the air get into the new cider/beer/wine). I work in an alcohol rehab unit, and for the welfare of all our clients we have to screen ALL potential products that could contain alcohol. Regarding it’s health benefits, I’m also a retired medical rep. and know of no clinical trials regarding it’s claimed health benefits but the anecdotal evidence goes back to Hippocrates himself, by coincidence I’m full of cold at the moment and have a sore throat and I’ve just had a glass of honey, lemon and cider vinegar (we buy cider vinegar because my wife is allergic to malt).
