Can i drink alcohol whilst on citalopram?
Alcohol seems to have different effects on different people who take Citalopram – I know one person who takes it who can drink with no problems, I know one who finds it best if she doesn’t drink at all and most of the people I know who take it find it best to limit their alcohol consumption. So, the best thing to do is drink a small amount and see how you get on – it sounds as though you’re going to be one of the lucky ones who can safely drink in small quantities.
