Can I drink alcohol whilst on a Weight Loss Programme?
This is a surprisingly common question! Herbalife is not about denial or deprivation and we would say that a little of what you fancy is fine in moderation! One or two drinks on occasion will not have too much effect on your weight loss, however it is important to note that you may feel the effects of alcohol more quickly so you should be careful. You also need to choose your drinks wisely as some alcohol is very high in calories (e.g. beer and wine are more calorific than gin and slimline tonic or vodka and diet coke.)
