Can I download OS MasterMap data for use on GIS software in the school?

It is not possible within the current service to download the OS MasterMap data from within the web browser. However, it is possible to access the web service using ESRIs ArcGIS software, which is available as part of ESRI (UK) Schools Bundle. http://www.esriuk.com/solutions/schools/intro.
