Can I download or export transaction receipts from Bank messages?
NetBank does not have the facility to download receipts from ‘Bank messages’; however the receipts can be pasted into other applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel. To do this: a. Select the data you wish to copy by dragging the mouse over the data you wish to copy while the left mouse button is depressed. b. Copy the data to your clipboard by pressing ‘CONTROL-C’ or ‘APPLE-C’ (for Macintosh Computers). c. Open another application such as Microsoft Word, WordPad or Microsoft Excel. d. Paste the data into the other application by pressing ‘CONTROL-V’ or ‘APPLE-V’ (for Macintosh Computers) or selecting ‘Edit-Paste’ or ‘Edit-Paste-Special’ from the menu bar. For best results in Microsoft Word we suggest you select ‘Edit-Paste-Special-Unformatted Text’.
