Can I download operating systems such as-windows XP or Windows millenium?
Windows Me (Millenium) wasn’t very good when it came out. I believe Microsoft has since stopped supporting it, which means no security updates, which is a problem. I’d avoid Me because it is still a DOS based OS and very outdated. Windows XP is pretty old as well, but much more secure and stable as it’s NT based and still has security updates coming out (for the time being). You can’t really download it. You’d have to buy a copy online, check sites like eBay and Pricegrabber.com XP is fairly expensive since it is basically discontinued, yet a lot of people still want it because Vista is terrible (supply vs demand). I hate Vista, especially basic. However, the new Windows 7 is a lot faster and more stable, even on old or underpowered systems. You might consider UPGRADING rather than DOWNGRADING.
