You should be able to, provided you have Internet there. As long as you can connect to the Internet, and also you have the iTunes software to access the iTunes store, you should be good to go. How do you get free wifi there? Starbucks usually has hotspot wifi(AT&T), and you can get it free by registering an account with them using their Starbucks gift card–just grab a gift card at their register and put in some money. From there, connect to their hotspot wifi and when you open your browser, it should take you to the AT&T/Starbucks wifi logon screen. Somewhere on there should take you to register for free wifi, and when you follow through the steps, there should be a spot where you enter your gift card ID to register an account with Starbucks, and for free wifi. Don’t worry, registering an account is free. Starbucks provides complimentary wi-fi to their customers, as long as you have their gift card and you use it once or twice a month.
