Yes, after upgrading to firmware version 1.13, released on 9/15/2010. This version of the firmware allows a period to be selected as a delimiter, a parameter not available in previous versions. P3 requires a period as the delimiter between the 3-digit country code (e.g. 3D9) and the rest of the tag code.
