A. The GES DISC provides the data free of charge, but does not have unlimited bandpass and on-demand processing resources. Thus that facility has imposed limits on single requests. You have encountered them. The AIRS L1B radiance product is our most massive product. It is unfortunate, but you must divide your downloads into smaller requests.
