A. Yes. First you should produce a mosaic with the corresponding uncertainty image. Then you run apex_1frame.pl setting INPUT_IMAGE_FILE = and SIGMA_IMAGE_FILE = . Use the appropriate PRF file. PRF fitting is not recommended on IRAC mosaics – either use aperture photometry or do the PRF-fitting on the stack of BCDs with apex.
