Can i do performing arts or drama at Texas Tech University cuz i really love it ?
Actually, Texas Tech University has a department for the Performing Arts. It USED to be a technical school, which is where the name came from, but now it has expanded a great deal and can offer you degrees in Theater Arts, Theatre Design, and Acting. Having these degrees can get you work in the theatre industry in a variety of ways. Tech can prepare you for work in teaching high school drama, professional acting, or working behind the scenes in the theatre industry, so if this is what you want to do you should go for it. Texas Tech is located in Lubbock, Texas, which is about 600 miles away from Houston. It would probably take 9 or 10 hours to drive there depending on where in Houston you live.
