Can I do other physical exercises also with the yoga asanas?
No. It is not necessary. But you can pursue any sport or game of your choice. Practising yoga will enhance your performance and aggressive spirit tremendously in any sport or game. Proper yoga asanas are the only method to prevent and cure the common problems that affect most players like Shin Splinter, injury of the fingers which is common among spin bowlers, rotator cuff injury / shoulders injury, tennis elbow, stretching stomach muscles, knee joint problems etc.
