Can I do normal exercise with a perforated eardrum?

0

I burst my eardrum twice in both ears when I was younger and I was told not to exercise heavily. Gently exercise will be fine – like walking. Swimming is a big no no! You should avoid changes in elevation. It takes around 6-8 weeks to repair. After a week, you should be good to do a bit more exercise. Just have to be careful that you don’t get an infection in it – don’t get soap in it etc.
