Can I do live online chat with live.com or eBay customer support?
Live.com used to have live online customer support chat but they eliminated it. eBay still does, the link used to be on the first page but isn’t there anymore. Apparently eBay is now screening their live chat requests – you have to log onto your eBay account then go to the ‘contact us’ page (here) and first use the “tell us about your issue” system after which the link to “chat with us” will magically appear in the “get in touch with us” box on the upper right. 35) My legitimate CashBack was denied, what do I do?
