Yes this is true.Programs like Codemajic or CheatersLounge can be put on you ps2 by a Usb Flashdrive.If you wished to put programs on your ps2 like this you will need Codebreaker version10.0 or higher.You can hack online games with these programs, But there are chances of getting banned.I would consider using CheatersLounge if you do do it cause you wont get banned using that program.
