Can I do an English Literature degree then become an educational psychologist?

You would have to do a degree in psychology I’m afraid, and psychology is hard to get into and you often find in that field that to be any kind of psychologist you will need to not only get your BA but do a masters and PhD or Doctorate in it as jobs are so scarce in psychology compared to the amount of graduates coming out. Decide which subject you like better, what do you like doing at school/sixth form/college out of English and Psychology, as doing your degree in these subjects will be like this but intensified. Ideally, it is best to choose your degree subject based on a passion for the subject itself rather than the job you might get for it at the end, as you may end up dropping out if the subject you are doing isnt what you thought, or if you wished you’d stuck with the subject you love. Also chances are university will change you and your mind and you might not always want to be an Educational Psychologist. A degree in Education and English Lit is good if you know you want to go
