No. Time histories with respect to rotating coordinate frames have to be requested as LS-DYNA output using *DATABASE_HISTORY_LOCAL or *ELEMENT_SEATBELT_ACCELEROMETER and *DATABASE_NODOUT in LS-DYNA input files. The ASCII nodout file can then be processed using the Page1 ASCII Interface. The distance between 2 nodes can be measured and time histories of displacements in global and local coordinate system can be plotted using the Page1 Measur Interface. This can be done while d3plot files are loaded for post-processing.
