You can request HM Package1 if you don’t want to request HM Basic Package, and you have been active enough in the community. All higher packages (HM Package2 onwards) upgrade need to have 100% space/bandwidth utilization or otherwise as stated in HM Packages thread.This is to ensure that we are maximizing our resources.
