Yes. Granted yours is one of the listed ShareBuilder stocks. Request your stock certificate(s) from your broker. Then print and complete our Irrevocable Stock Power form and make sure it is signed exactly as the certificate is registered. (If the certificate is in a name other than the custodial account, a separate letter of authorization is required for the deposit). Have all signatures guaranteed by a member of the Medallion Signature Guarantee program (this includes most major banks and brokerage firms).
