Can I develop a self-populating EFS using Excel macros, etc. for submittal to OPS?
You can populate the EFS anyway you like, although the EFS submitted to OPS must not have macros attached, formulas in the quantity cells, or any other deviation from the EFS format as downloaded from OPS website. Keeping this same format allows OPS to negotiate, convert, and process the EFS with minimal problems.
