Can I design an EL panel with a different color background? Or is black the only color available?

Our EL panels may be designed with anycolor background. Or existing designs have all a black background as they will match the Black Shirts and give a better rendering to the glowing effect.Of course we can illuminate our EL panels to any color except black.
