Can I deposit cash direct into the Orbit Remit bank account at a branch?
If you have already registered with us and made an initial payment funded by an Internet banking transfer from an account in your own name then you are able to deposit cash direct at a branch of the relevant bank in your country for a subsequent payment. Please note that we cannot accept a first payment this way. If you deposit at a branch for your first transaction we will refuse it and the cost to OrbitRemit of receiving those deposits will be passed on to the client. Please ensure that for any funds to be correctly deposited into our account you must ensure that you attach your unique 8 digit customer number to the payment reference to allow us to identity the funds.
