Yes, but there are consequences and you will need to read the Fact Sheet at the beginning of the Contribution Flexibility form prior to making this decision. To decrease or stop your Member Contribution, complete the Contribution Flexibility form available from StaffPLUS – Super Forms. Return the completed form to your Recruitment and Employee Benefits Officer for processing.
