Can I deactivate my NetBanking user Id?
Yes! You can temporarily suspend your NetBanking User ID by navigating to the “Temporary Suspension of User ID” section via the “Customer Requests option located at the left of your NetBanking screen. Your NetBanking User ID will be suspended within the next working day. You will be able to reactivate your NetBanking ID by submitting a written request, to any of our branches, or depositing it at any of our ATM’s or drop boxes. After verification of your request, your NetBanking User ID will be activated, within the next business days.
