In order for conditional wagering to be activated, you must agree to the Conditional Wagering Terms and Conditions. Within TwinSpiresPro, the conditional wagering feature may be turned “Off” by selecting Options, then selecting “Off” for the Conditional Wagering feature and saving the preference.
