Can I cut down the trees and bushes on Parkands?
While we encourage members to maintain Parkland (cut grass and keep clean), you may not, under any circumstances cut down trees, trim trees or remove bushes from Parkland. You must obtain permission from the Board of Trustees to remove trees, bushes, build bulkheads, repair docks and bulkheads, or change Parkland in any way. Any trees cut down without permission must be replaced at the owners/members expense. If a tree is in danger of falling or has fallen, contact the UGLPOA office immediately at 973-853-4262.
