Can i cut back overhanging branches from my neighbours tree if his property is a nursery school?
Yes you can cut down the overhanging branches and there is nothing that your neighbour can do about this. Pop across and have a word with your neighbour before you do this as its in your interests to remain friends. Suggest that he comes into your garden to supervise this, tell him that you don’t want to damage his trees and offer him a coffee or a cold beer. Good neighbours are valuable.
