Precall is uniquely designed to ease customization. Many customizations are automatically generated using Precall customization utilities. Invoices are customized by modifying XSL templates and are generated as XSL. The Web admin interface and the customer self care can be branded and modified to simple HTML. Additionally, the administration interface supports tiered access with any number of tiers (each with its own modification/view privileges), definable through HTML.
