For Phase 4 only, if you select your new Stonecrest condominium home prior to construction commencement you may customize certain aspects of the design and planning. Of course the location of kitchens, bathrooms and, electrical services, etc. cannot be modified. Early purchasers can select from our menu of optional materials, colours, and products to create their own personal style and life style. Stonecrest condominiums come fully appointed and with many deluxe features normally offered as options in competing projects. Many options and upgrades are available however, such as appliances, electric fireplaces and entertainment centres, granite counter tops, plumbing fixtures, etc. These items will be presented with upgrade pricing for your review in the near future.
