Can I customize my 94 Infiniti Q45 to fit 22″ rims?
I don’t think it’d be easy, or visually pleasing, but anything is possible. The q45 came with stock 15″ wheels I believe, so I’m thinking you could fit 19s or possibly 20s with rolled fenders and the right wheel offsets. (for a 20″ wheel, you’ll definitely need low profile tires with a 34-45mm offset – I’m not 100% sure on the offset values) To fit 22s, you’ll probably need to lift your suspension. That would look hideous, especially on an Infiniti, a car meant for luxury. I would recommend squeezing some nice 19″ wheels on your car. They will fit fine and look plenty big. I wouldn’t worry about other’s opinions though. Do what makes you happy.
