Yes, you can customize the supplied titles for each patient, and you can completely edit the supplied titles to meet your own practice methods. You can also customize follow-up information and additional notes, and fill in some custom fields (varies from title to title), and add (write) prescriptions. ExitCare® was designed so you could customize the types of information that usually needs to be changed per patient. You can import patient demographic data and care giver data from an existing hospital database into ExitCare®. You can even create or import a database of your care givers’ names and those of referral care givers for easy form filling each time you use ExitCare. The Patient Signature Form, which can be appended to the end of each Discharge Instruction, captures custom information for the patient chart and medical record.
