With Bluebeam PDF Revu Standard Edition, users can create password-protected PDF files from MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. To do this, click the 2nd Bluebeam button in the toolbar (Change Conversion Settings), then click “PDF Security.” Complete the form and when finished, click “Create File” to generate the PDF.
