At this time we do not offer a specific question type that creates a “table effect” or a matrix of comment boxes. You could create a Multiple Textbox type question. Next, create multiple comment boxes and label each prompt for the information to be entered. Each comment box will appear one underneath the other. You could create a second Multiple Textbox question-type and place it next to the first one so they are presented side by side. • Choose the Change Question Size and Placement option. • Then select the Question Placement drop-down menu and choose the Place question next to previous question option.
