No. You may not include amounts from HOPE VI program funding, including HOPE VI Revitalization, HOPE VI Demolition, and HOPE VI Neighborhood Networks. However, you may include funding from other public housing sources, e.g., Capital Funds, other federal sources, any state or local government source and any private contributions. You may also include the value of donated material or buildings, the value of any lease on a building, the value of the time and services contributed by volunteers, and the value of any other in-kind services or administrative costs provided. 17.
