Yes. You retain the copyright to whatever you contribute to WeRelate. You may still put it in a book and sell it; it is yours. However, text posted to WeRelate is subject to the Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike License, which means that other people can freely copy it and use it as long as they give you credit and share “derivative” works in a likewise manner.
